Former San Jose Treasurer In Court on Theft Charges

A former San Jose treasurer, who allegedly stole more than $14,000 from the village over about a year's time, was in court Thursday. Melanie Blair was arrested after state police say they were called to investigate after a village audit discovered something suspicious.
