WMBD/WYZZ-TV - CHILLICOTHE, Ill. -- Jordan Parr has gone from waiting to pondering.
The former IVC High School star was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the baseball amateur draft Wednesday. He has until July 13 to decide if he wants to be a Dodger and go the minors.
Or return to the University of Illinois for his junior season.
"It's going to be a tough decision but it's one I look forward to making," said Parr, who lead the Illini in hitting, homers and runs batted in this spring. "It's a win-win because Illinois is a great school with a great coaching staff, good teammates and there's really no wrong choice."
