House Approves Bipartisan Bill

Companies like Caterpillar should benefit from action taken Tuesday the House in reauthorizing the Export Import Bank bipartisan bill. The bank is responsible for supporting thousands of Illinois jobs through companies like Caterpillar according to lawmakers. The legislation, which passed the House passed the Senate last week by a 78 to 20 margin. The bank helps American companies grow their businesses and creates jobs at home by making loans to companies which export American made products.
