Two Twin City residents are facing drug charges after police say they seized crack cocaine during a drug investigation. 32 year old Robert Monroe of Normal is facing an eight count complaint while 21 year old Alexis Denson of Bloomington is facing two charges. Monroe is is charged with unlawful possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, unlawful possession and unlawful delivery within one thousand feet of a church. He's being held on a quarter million dollar bond and no 10 percent, which means he must come up with the entire quarter million to be released. Denson is charged with criminal drug conspiracy/unlawful delivery and permitting unlawful use of a building. Police, acting with a search warrant, say they raided a building in the 700 block of IAA Drive.
