A Peoria man, convicted of the city's 15th homicide of 2010, was sentenced Friday to a maximum 75 years in prison. Daventae Jordan was one of three men charged in connection with the June 2010 shooting death of Adrian Ortega. The Peoria teen was shot to death in the 800 block of West Windom while cleaning out a car behind his home. Prosecutors believe Jordan was the triggerman.
