A Peoria man, who was on probation on a year old drug case when he was charged with a holdup at Hardees in Bartonville, entered a blind plea Monday. 33 year old Matthew Caudill pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery while armed robbery and burglary charges were dropped. Police say Caudill was arrested by Creve Coeur police in January for allegedly waving a toy gun at an employee in the Dollar General Store . That same day he is accused of holding up Hardees. Caudill was identified through witnesses from a photo lineup. Court records indicate Caudill was on probation for a 2010 drug case. Caudill will be sentenced June 8th.
