Bloomington Moves to Sectional Championship

Senior forward Lonnie Lawrence scored 32 points and grabbed 17 rebounds as Bloomington beat Champaign Central, 79-64, in Sectional play Wednesday night.

Justin Bocot added 14 points for the Purple Raiders, who will play for their second straight Sectional Championship Friday. Bloomington will meet Lincoln at Ottawa.
