A Jacksonville man, arrested in Peoria for allegedly attempting to entice a minor to have sex, was indicted Wednesday by a federal grand jury in Peoria. Prosecutors say 55 year old Donald Fisher used the internet to setup a meeting in Peoria with what he thought was a woman and her daughter. However, Fisher was actually chatting with a task force officer acting in an undercover capacity. If convicted, Fisher could face from 10 years to life in prison.
