Wednesday, Nov 18, 2009 @07:23pm CST A brother and sister in law from Peoria were formally charged Wednesday with concealing or aiding a fugitive, a Class four felony which could bring up to three years in prison if convicted. 29 year olds Joshua Kulik and Brianne Kulik are each charged with hiding Peoria County Jail escapee Aaron Cook. Cook was apprehended hours after escaping the jail at 620 Spitznagle Avenue. Cook, by the way, also appeared in court Wednesday to face an escape charge. He's being held without bond on that charge. Cook is due back in court December 4th to face an unrelated charge of aggravated battery of a child. The second escapee, who was recaptured Wednesday afternoon on North North Street, James Fuller is due in court Thursday. Besides an escape charge, Fuller is also facing two other cases, for home invasion and criminal sexual assault. He was being held on those latter charges when he and Cook escaped from the Peoria County Jail. Joshua Kulik and Brianne Kulik have been released on bond pending their next court date.
