CANTON - A Canton man is arrested accused of sexually assaulting and exposing a child to HIV. Authorities took 50-year-old Charles Hoerr into custody on Friday. According to authorities, Hoerr not only had sexual contact with the child more than once but was also aware he was infected with HIV. He faces two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, and one count of criminal transmission of HIV.
