Tuesday, Nov 3, 2009 @05:37pm CST A Hanna City man was indicted Tuesday for the murder of his mother in law and the attempted murder of his estranged wife last month. Those charges against 40 year old Joesph Saric stem from a weekend shooting which left Saric's mother in law dead and his estranged wife seriously wounded. Authorities say 63 year old Geraldine Worske died in the attack while Crystal Saric was shot four times but survived. She managed to drive to a nearby church for help. The couple was the midst of a divorce at the time of the shootings. Saric, whose being held on three million dollar bond, will enter a plea to the indictment Thursday.
