Reported by: WMBD/WYZZ-TV STAFF Monday, Nov 2, 2009 @11:10pm CST WMBD/WYZZ-TV - MADISON , Wisc. -- Caleb TerBush was glad to finally get his number called.
He just wishes the numbers on the scoreboard would have been different. TerBush, the quarterback who lead Metamora High School to the class 5A state title in 2007, made his college debut in Purdue's 37-0 loss at Wisconsin Saturday." "Any time you get in, it's a good feeling," said TerBush, who red-shirted last season and didn't see the field in Purdue's first eight games. TerBush entered the game in the fourth quarter with the Boilermakers down by 37 points. He completed four of ten passes for 22 yards. "It's not fun when you're losing by as much as we did," said TerBush. "But anytime you get in, it's a good feeling," Purdue (3-6) plays at Michigan Saturday. |
