An accused spree killer was sentenced Friday to seven years in prison for attacking Knox County jailers last April while being held on murder charges. Nicholas Sheley is being held on murder, aggravated vehicular hijacking and other local charges for the death of a 65 year old Galesburg man. Sheley is accused of killing eight people in two states. He'll be back in court next week to ask that his murder trial be moved out of Knox County because of pre trial publicity.
