The live in girlfriend of a slain Peoria man was charged Friday with his murder. 47 year old Nora Patton is already accused of obstructing justice for allegedly lying to police about where she was when Johnny Tyler was shot in the head last weekend. Police say Patton found his body in their home on Machin last weekend. Patton, whose charged with two counts of murder, is being held on a million dollar bond.
