One of two ISU students, indicted this week with criminal damage and criminal trespass at the newly constructed Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, pleaded NOT GUILTY Friday. 19 year old Patrick Smyth was arraigned Friday and will be back in court December 9th. He and 21 year old Andrew Pacholski were arrested in connection with water damage to the hotel caused when a fire alarm was pulled during a weekend incident. No word on the exact amount of damage but the hotel did open on schedule Friday.
