PEORIA - A McLean County Sheriff's deputy's car and a Normal Police car were involved in a four vehicle accident early Thursday morning.

Normal police say it happened on Interstate 55 north of Towanda around 12:30 p.m. They say a Normal squad car was rear-ended by a semi headed northbound. The collision lead to a four vehicle accident involving a stopped McLean County Deputy's squad car and another semi.

No one was hurt in the pileup. Illinois State Police are investigating
