A Washington man, who police say hosted a drinking party in March, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge Wednesday in Tazewell County Court. According to court records, Scott McClellan pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor while a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol was dismissed. McClellan was fined 750 dollars. State police say 17 people were arrested at the party but McClellan fled the scene on foot but was arrested later.
