Tom Hammerton of Peoria is the new Vice President of the OSF St. Francis Foundation Council. Hammerton's position will involve fundraising for the Milestone project, a 280 million dollar project that will house the Children's Hospital of Illinois and other adult services. That building is set to open in the summer of 2010. Hammerton comes from Bradley University where he serves as Assistant Vice President, Campaign Leadership Gifts. The father of three owned and operated a financial company and has worked in development and fundraising since 1993 at Lincoln College and Bradley University. Tom will replace Sue Ann Kortkamp whose retiring after 22 years of service.
