A Canton woman, already facing charges in connection with a fatal accident, is now facing a new drug charge. 37 year old Kimberly Chaney was charged in Fulton County with unlawful delivery of cocaine. She's already facing an aggravated DUI and DUI charge for an August ninth accident which killed John Stevenson of Rutland and injured Gary Baker of Minonk. Both were walking along Route 9 near Ingersoll Road looking for a duffle bag which had fallen out of Baker's truck when they were struck. Chaney is back in court September second.
