Now the Farm Bureau Federation wants you to stick to local shopping for your Independence Day bash. The president of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation says when you buy local, no matter where you live, you support local farmers and help build a strong local, state and national economy. And to make it easy, there's actually a website that includes a fresh food locator feature. You can use it to find venues that sell locally-grown products. That website is saveourfood.org. |
