WMBD/WYZZ TV - BLOOMINGTON --  A Twin Cities school has one of the healthiest student bodies in the United States. That's according to the "Got Milk" campaign, which recognized Bloomington Junior High School today for its healthy students.

Administrators say the school cafeteria offers smaller dessert servings and has upped its amount of fresh fruits and veggies. 7th grader Debben Pettie wrote the essay that won the $1,000 check for the school.

Debben says she told "Got Milk" about the school's outdoor adventure program that keeps kids fit. Debben says, "It's a week camping experience that we go for seven days and we go to fishing, archery, mountain bike riding, and canoeing."

The school wasn't the only one to receive a prize. Debben won an Addidas prize bag filled with sports gear and an I-Tunes gift card. She also gets to decide how the school will spend that $1,000.
