WMBD/WYZZ TV - PEORIA -- A federal Grand Jury indicted a Bloomington minister and substitute teacher this week.

37-year-old James Love faces two counts of producing child pornography. Federal prosecutors accuse Love of coercing two minors to "engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing" the pornography.

Love also faces similar charges in McLean County. Love has pleaded not guilty on those charges.

If convicted on the federal charges, Love could face between 15 and 30 years in prison, and up to $250,000 in fines.
