Dunlap offensive lineman P.J. Mangieri signed a National Letter of Intent with Nebraska. His teammate Joe Cloud signed with Princeton where he'll be a punter. State football runner-up Metamora saw two players sign letters. Linebacker Charlie Heinzmann signed with Truman State and tight end Kody Kanaga with St. Xavier. High-scoring Richwoods soccer player Courtnety Holtz signed her letter with Louisville. Three players from the state champion Limestone softball team signed with junior colleges: MacKenzie Foiles and Jessica Dearing with Heartland Community College and Sierra Redmon with Parkland Community College. Four Bloomington High School students signed college letters: Adam Peden to play football at Missouri University of Science & Technology for Football, Shailer Thomas to play soccer at Eastern Illinois University, Darrelynn Dunn to play football at Iowa Central Community College and Ryan Kern to play baseball at Olivet Nazarene University. Six student-athletes at Normal Community High School signed letters. Jessica Rolfs to play soccer at Tennessee, Kelly Shulman to play soccer at Indiana State University, Zach Liming to play football at Illinois State, Morgan Buechele to swim at Illinois State, Jacob Hanson to swimming at Eastern Michigan and Zach Johnson to play baseball at Heartland Community College. |
